On one of his calls, groups of freedom fighters set out to sacrifice themselves for the motherland. Run several non-violent movements against the British rule for more than 25 years. In the end, non-violence won over the sticks, guns and bombs of the British rulers and India, which had been a slave for centuries, became independent.
